Made in two sizes and three native Missouri woods, these boards remain a major hit with Bluestem customers. The attached "knife" can be used as a spreader for soft cheeses, butter, or jams and jellies - or for a dozen other uses in your kitchen. Finished with food-safe oils, both can be washed with mild soap and water and renewed when necessary by applying a light coat of vegetable oil. Allow the oil to soak in for a while, then wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel. Never place in a dishwasher!
