Hans Neumann

From NE Prussia (now in Russia) Hans was trained as a blacksmith & employed as a welder upon his arrival in the USA as a young man. He studied engineering and eventually took up woodworking because “it’s lighter than iron work”.  One of the earliest Bluestem artists,  his Missouri-shaped boards are all over the world.
