In his initial 4-year apprenticeship, Micheal learned technique, discipline, endurance & the skills needed to make a living as a potter. Thirty-five years later he is a nationally known production potter in the finest sense of the word. Each piece is meticulously crafted for function & beauty. The lush glazes perfectly complement the graceful forms of all his work. He says that he never loses “the delight in creating pots that bring pleasure to everyday experience.”
