Hans makes three sizes of this useful cutting board. The large is 9x14x1. Each contains a laminated selection of woods that may include cherry, oak, walnut, and maple. Small "buttons" on the underside allow the block to remain dry on your cabinet or in storage. Finished with food-safe oils, it can be washed with mild soap and water and renewed when necessary by applying a light coat of vegetable oil which should be allowed to soak in for a while and wiped with a clean cloth or paper towel. Never place in a dishwasher!
